67 Grill Rivets

I'm going to pull the brackets off my grill.
Were pop rivets used to attached these originally?
All 4 rivets on my grill are.

The rivets used to attach the brackets to the 66-67 grill are GM # 9418482 as shown in the assembly manuals. My 1978 GM Standard Parts Catalog lists GM # 9418482 in Gr. 8.967 as follows:
Pan head rivet, 1/8" X 5/16", aluminum, plain finish.

They were not pop rivets.

They sold for $0.30 each back in 1982 when I attached the my NOS brackets to my NOS 66-67 grill.

Yep, pan head rivet. I think I bought mine from either Paragon or Doc.

Yea, Paragon has them in their catalog.
