Dimensions would be helpful as well as a photo of the back side.
It might be a 3871242 alt. pulley (see my drawings below).
It might also be a 3829193 alt. pulley. The difference can be seen on the back side which does not show in your photo.
The 3871242 and 3829193 pulleys that I once owned had part numbers on them.
