1968 coil capacitor for radio question

The AIM shows capacitors on the voltage regulator (which I have) and one on the coil (which I don't have) for radio cars. Someone could have removed the coil capacitor but I doubt it since my coil is original. The AIM shows the capacitor attached to the mounting bracket for the coil but on the next page shows a different bracket. My question is: was there a special mounting bracket for the capacitor? Here is a picture of my coil bracket taken during tear down. Clearly a capacitor would not mount well on the adjustment screw.

Looks like i see the capacitor behind the orange bracket on the coil bracket.

Well don't I feel stupid. I was expecting it on the front of the coil. I looked at the car yesterday and did not see it, I will pull the cover again tonight and look behind the coil to see if it made it back on the car. I was trying not to wast anyone's time by searching the archives. I guess I needed to search my pictures better.
