67' convert...How do you get access to this bolt?

Silly question...but how do you get the 3rd bolt out of the deck lid bracket... see picture. The bracket has 3 bolts...one at the very bottom and 2 at the top on each side of the spring. How do you get to the outermost bolt? Do you need a special tool? I,ve tried basic wrenches and 90 degree angled sockets....but can't get to the bolt. It is so tight that i can't get my hand or a functional wrench in the area. Has anyone removed these brackets before?

Yes, that last bolt is a ##^%$. I had success with a 1/4" drive ratchet, 1/2" short 6 point socket and 6" extension. I may have also got it started with a 1/2" short 6 point universal socket also in 1/4" drive. Skinnnnnned knuckles and some patience.
