1967 on ebay trim tag questions

their is a 67 silver with white and blue interior on Ebay. I know that was not a suggested color combo but why on the trim tag is it 001 for paint and not 986?

I don't know. Prestige website says "SOLD". Perhaps you might compare with the Mosport Green '67 "COPO" sold in FL by Mecum and now for sale by Terry M. in Ohio. Following are some words (not all of them) from his website.

1967 Corvette COPO Convertible with two tops, 327-350 hp, factory air, 4 speed, numbers match, also has factory original body/trim tag, 39,500 actual miles. Special Mosport Green paint with Saddle Tan interior and Tan soft top. Special COPO trim tag #81001HA - special... 420kp!!! This is the only known 1967 Mosport Green Corvette produced.
