    That's correct - Neil purchased all of the GM stamping dies and assembly tooling from GM, and hauled it all with a huge convoy of lowboy semi's from the A.O. Smith frame plant in Milwaukee to Detroit, where he buys press time as needed to maintain his inventory of stampings.
