    1965 Front Coil Spring

    Can anyone tell me the correct color and surface treatment for original 1965 standard suspension front coil springs? I have seen cars in both black and gray and wanted to clarify which is correct.

      Hi Robert, The Judging Reference Guide says "Front springs are coated with a rust inhibitor and have a black appearance." Don H.
