66 Big Block Heater Hose Clips

I'm in the process of restoring my 66 Big Block non A/C car and need to get some details on the heater hose clips. The JG says the clips are dark green oxide, is this the same green oxide used on AO Smith cars? The AIM also isn't clear on the number of clips. I know there is one that mounts to the wheel well, but I thought there was one on either side of this clip as well. So how many clips are there and what type of clip are the ones that don't mount to the wheel well like? Are they the type that would typically be used on C3's for the same application except that they clip into a fitting mounted to the inside of the wheel well that has a square hole in it? What color are these clips?

    Thanks for your help!

Thanks Matt, Say could you send me a picture or two of the wiring across the firewall. I'm interested in seeing where the wire ties are placed and what is in each tie, washer hose, TI harness, engine harness. I also was hoping you could get me a picture of the location of the clip mounted to the firewall behind the engine on the passenger side where the speedometer cable is attached. Is the clip riveted, screwed or pop riveted. Forgot, I also need to put the round holes in the top of the radiator. My new radiator has the square hole and the rectangular hole but not the round ones. Can you give me some dimensions on these holes from one of the squares and the size of the hole? Once I have those items the engine compartment will be complete!

Hey Matt, Is that an optical illusion on the fuel line?

Nice battery caps by the way, is that battery carved up with a optima inside?

No more pics Ron. You will have to come to bowling green or the nationals to see it.
