I have a pair of FE7s from 1978 with the part numbers that would have been used in 1975 for FE7 but not sure if size remained the same. Front, FE7 = 4984577; Rear, FE7 = 4984578 with 78 codes.

do your 577 and 578 look like the standard suspension shocks

Thicker. Well yes they do look like them though. Happened upon them a couple of years ago at Bloomington Gold...it was shocking to see a pair just laying there in rather good shape. Tag said "off a Pace Car."
