My early (Dec. 58) '59 tunnels are fiberglass ... no fasteners, the tunnels are bonded in place.

I have those parts too called "garage art". I have 2 (could resist) 1965 AFB manifolds.

I got a good look at the ones on my 60 when I had the body off and had it tilted onto its side cleaning the underside. If the channel in the glass is there and unmolested you may be able to slip the tunnels in from the rear. They are screwed in the back to the bonding flanges and then were bonded pretty heavily with what looks like the original panel bonding adhesive. Not sure if you can do the install correctly and not need some paint repair after.

Thanks, Don. That is one of the best photos I've seen of the tunnel in place. I'm not sure what I've got going on back there on mine. When it warms up a little I'll crawl under it and check it out. It looks like something that should have been done when the body was off!
