Does anyone have any leads on where to find one of these elusive clips? This is the clip that mounts to the top side of the fresh air intake mechanism under the dash the secures the signal flasher.

You could try some of the vendors who have access to used, original parts, such as Grossmueller's, Jay's Corvettes (he sells alot on eBay under vendor name jays1953vette), Mary Jo (also on eBay with a store at http://www.vettegal.com/), Paragon, etc. You may not find the clip in their catalogs (they don't all have catalogs, either), so you may have to ask them directly.

Try the Tri 5 Chevy guys. Same clip was used in passenger cars.
