    Trip Odometer Reset

The speedometer, odometer and trip odometer in my '65 (TF 11/12) all work. However the reset on the trip odometer does not work. It will move the numbers but not back to zero. I am hesitant to try to force it. I see a fellow in Driveline that says he has a fix that does not require removal. Anyone tried this or have ideas on a fix for this. I really don't want to take the cluster out. The car will be judged again in a Regional 09/13.
    Tks, Mike

If the cost of the "fix" in the Driveline isn't prohibitive, why not try that first. Not all problems in this area are the same..... Then if it doesn't work you have time to remove/replace the cluster.
