    C1 Radiator Tube Broke Loose

I have the standard copper radiator on my 1960 and I noticed last night that the overflow pipe had broken loose from the filler neck. I contacted one radiator shop and they will only solder it back if the radiator is removed from the car. I really don't want to remove it from the car. Should I search for a radiator shop that will do it on the car? Or remove it and have it done off the car?

Solder it yourself. Ya need to drain the radiator so it does not heat sink. Use flux after good wire wheel areas and a good propane torch should get it done. Good grade solder is a must.
