63 parking brake cable bracket question

I needed to replace the bracket on the floor pan (next to the accellerator pedal) on my 63. I sourced a new one from LI Corvette. It is supplied with what appears to be 3 aluminum rivets. What tool or technique is used to properly capture the rivets / bracket? Pics would be GREAT!
