    65 365hp 2-1/2 exhaust manifolds #563,902

I was wondering are the reproduction 2-1/2 563 and 902 exhaust manifolds judging full points, I have a mint original set and was wondering if they would be worth more than the repos or not, some people I have talked to said they (paragons) are exact reproduction, if anyone has judged these I would like to know what they see for differences if any.

I know that the 61-62 901 and 902 repros are very nice, but the number of casting "bumps" along the center ridge is different than the originals. We've deducted for that in the past.

      Jim,
From my perspective the originals are always worth more than repops. You say condition is mint, so all the more $$$$.
Repop stuff seems to always have deficiencies as Mike points out.

I just went through this same problem. Repro's DO NOT have the casting break-off areas at the top. That area has been grinded off flush. Also to confuse matter more, Later replacement NOS GM manifolds will have casting dates, originals had NO casting dates. I found one 563 on Craigslist and the 902 by word of mouth, paid a very fair approx. $125.00 for each.

That sounds like a really good deal at 125 each. Jim
