Other than gaining access and doing a sort on the awards database, you could thumb through the National Convention results listed in each of the Restorer's since the 1990' became eligible for judging.

The NCRS holds this data in the NCRS database. You might want to file your specific request to Roy Sinor. When he approves the request I could run the needed query on the database and produce the requested result set.
