What is the Correct Hose for my 79 Please.

I have see one one E-Bay it says : NOS Air Cleaner Breather Hose Part #3927734

I have not found these Number anywhere.

On the Hose is ink Stamped : GM6107M CIP 3/4.

GM #3927734 was never a SERVICE-available part. So, I have no idea how anyone could come up with any "NOS" examples. However, it was used in PRODUCTION for 1973-75 Corvettes. For SERVICE, hose GM #3905067 was used to replace the 3927734. I have no information that 3927734 was ever used for later year models.
