Other than taxi cabs, what other passenger car or truck could have the 5 1/2 x15 wheels?

57-62 Corvette wheels optional wheels (GM # 3748348, I believe with 2.91" hub hole) - I have never owned one.
63-64 Corvettes & 63 Chev. Police cars wheels (GM # 3825686 & 3834127, 2.78" hub hole)
63-64 replacement Corvette wheels (GM # 3839814, 2.91" hub hole)
66 Chev. Police car, 62-65 replacement Chev. Police car, & 57-64 replacement Corvette wheels (GM # 3838080, 2.78" hub hole)
65-66 Corvette wheels (GM # 3869156, 2.78" hub hole, w/disc brakes)

Didn't those wheels also come on the 63 Z11 cars?

According to the website below the 63 Chevrolet Impala Z11 came with 15" X 5 1/2" wheels.
