C1 metallic brake drum question

On a 1959 C1, I know that option 684 for heavy duty brakes shows external differences like finned brake drums and cooling air ducts. When the option 686 metallic facings were ordered were there any external diiferences that can be seen without removing brake drums?

None. Only differences were brake shoes, springs, and finish on the braking surface of the drums.
