April 1987 Service Bulletin ?

Can anyone tell me where I can find an April 1987 Corvette Service Bulletin regarding the installation of a second fuel filter on the fuel system return line? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The first link is/was free, but I couldn't get there from work. It may be a dead link or ??
All Data costs. We do have access to All Data at school, and once the new term starts (Feb 2 for my class) I can look there, but maybe someone will come up with something sooner.
