gluing 67 hood skin to frame

Is the hood skin fastened to the frame (bracing structure) at the rear centerline of the hood? In other words do I apply caulking at the center rear of the hood. I cannot tell on mine.

All the way around the perimeter, but nowhere on the cross bracing.
