    C1 interior Corvette America

Does anyone know how well the fit, finish, correctness of Corvette America interior products are? I see they are stated as made in America in Pennsylvania.

i've used al knoch's products in all 8 of our c-1's and am happy with the fit and finish. although al's interiors are not 100% identical to originals, he has the closest. good luck, mike

Corvette America interiors are about as good as one can get. They stand behind their products. Also with pkg's they give free seat cover installs. But I don't know if they are still doing that, but one can ask. Many of our chapter members have taken advantage of that, including myself.

Just as a side note all door panels, I don't care who makes them, or what stage of assembly (short of originals) needs attention to fit the car correctly. Most of the issue is along the top adjacent to windows.

I had nothing but trouble with CA. I called and addressed a number of questions-issues I had before I ordered from them and they assured me my door panels would be just as we discussed. When I received them, they were different shade of color then we had discussed. I returned them and had lots of trouble getting reimbursed. These were for a 66. The other issue is their extremely poor packing. One door panel got damaged in shipment back to them and UPS wouldn't honor my claim due to unapproved packing.

Does anyone know how many companies have the facilities to make the molded products ie dash pads, later model door panels, etc? I would think that this would be very specialized.
