1973 Interior trim code

What type of interior is code 42 for a 1973?
Is it comfortweave or a leather interior?
It is a med saddle color from what I was told. Just trying to help someone and I have not seen the car. They gave me the trim code 42. Said it was off the trim tag.

The Black Book shows 422 as dark saddle leather.
