Re: 1954 brake line blocks and exhaust system question
I forget if I sent you the early 54 or the later one. But if it was the early 54, the "Entombed 54", it is going for sale at Mecum in Florida next month.
In the photos of that car one will observe that the courtesy light switches were painted. Never seen that before. I spoke to the owner's mechanic today and he took one of them off and confirmed that there is no paint underneat it. They took the grill bar out to investigate non-working horns and found the last tooth on one side does not have the correct number. Another interesting assembly line issue. They either ran out of the correct ones or the assembly line worker made a mistake.
