    Dale at Al Knochs

I just got a call telling me that Dale (Robertson) who worked for Al Knoch passed away.
He was a very helpful guy and a fixture at most Corvette trade shows.
    RIP.

That's really sad. He helped my not 3 months ago when I bought the carpet set for my '67. Their "factory" (if you can call it that) is about 2 miles from my daughter's place, so I went by often. He even drug out some old original carpet sets they had so we could verify the stitching style and color. RIP indeed.

            Hi,
Dale helped me several times on the phone by giving me seat cover installation information.
I knew he realized I was dumb, but he never made me feel that way!
I'll miss seeing him at Carlisle!
            Regards,
            Alan

Oh, and BTW, his office was, well, quite "unique".

Dale was a true gentleman. He will be missed by all that came in contact with him. Our Spring Carlisle spaces were next to them and we always enjoyed his company.

Dale was everybody's buddy! He was first rate and represented Al Knock like he owned the company. He will be missed in the Corvette hobby not only in the United States but around the world. He had just designed a unique leather interior for my 63 Resto-Rod!
May he rest in peace! He made the Corvette hobby a greater place for us all!

Dale was a very nice guy who not only helped me with everything I needed to replace my convertible top, but also assisted me in finding an excellent installer in my area here in South Florida. My order wasn't large or expensive, but he took the time to assist me and answer all of my questions. He certainly didn't need to find an installer... he made calls and got back to me with a short-list of recommendations. I could tell he was a really good guy. It seems like the good people are taken away so early. He is the fourth person I knew between the age of 47 and 55 that have passed away over the last few years. So sad... my condolences go out to his family. R.I.P., Dale. I hope to encounter more people like you over the remainder of my lifetime.

Dale was good people. He just finished doing a set of seats for my 95. I called today to speak to him and I was shocked when they told me he had passed away. He was always very helpful when I called him and was honest in his dealings. He will be missed. Hug your kids and family, you never know when our time will come. My condolences goes out to the faimily and friends.

                            God Bless.

Dale was a great guy. Always very polite and helpful to me throughout my years purchasing from Al Knoch Interiors via the phone or at major Corvette shows.
