Casting numbers with 3, 6 8 or 9 in them can drive the detective-types nuts as the characters can easily be mistaken for each other. I don't find a direct match for the numbers you've given, but there is 3932386 and 3932388 which are 327 or 350 cu in from 1969. The XBA suffix indicate that the engine was built for a light duty truck. It is unusual to see a CE prefix on the same pad as a complete machine code but I'm still new at this stuff.
Are all these stampings factory applied?
