      not this again. this picture is been around for ever. and just how do you know the driver was distracted by a cell phone

          I agree with you, Keith. I'm in L.E. and worked a wreck like this a few years ago. (It was a mini van that went under a semi rig.) Subpoenaed cell phone records of the driver. No phone usage within an hour of the crash. That being said, PLEASE don't let your phone (or anything else) distract you from your job of driving.
