1956 1957 door panel

The attached pictures are of the back of a door panel on my 57.
They have different covers on them but I am wondering if the back panel is original?
I have had original ones before but never saw what appears to be a suppliers name with a date.

none of my 56 or 57 original door panel fiberboards had this particular supplier . regards,mike
