It also has a shifter that was not available until 1964. It must be a prototype?

The 56 Export car was owned by Jim Branthoover in Crabtree, PA for an eon.
Jim Gesner posted a link to the big auction at Branthoovers. The 56 export car appeared on Ebay immediately after the auction.
My friend Branthoover talked about that car for an eon but never did much with it.

Looks like the Corvette junkmen in PA have dug up another one..
It's interesting that they buy and sell under a few different company names.
