Hello Everyone

I know it is early, but the 2013 Lone Star Regional will be held 17-19 October 2013 at the Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX. The NCRS rate is $120 per night with free internet access and $4 per night parking, if you use the garage, otherwise outdoor parking is free. You can start booking reservations by calling 1-800-921-1443 and requesting the National Corvette Restorers Group Block. Group code is VET.
We have also created a website link that you can use to make your guest room reservations. You can take the link below to reserve your room or rooms.

Told Bob and he's on it.

Noticed the auto populate date was not correct. Changed reservation dates to; check-in 17 October and check-out 20 October and the $120/night room rate populated correctly.

Don't know what happened, but I just spoke with the hotel reservations folks and the rate does come up. Try it again and if you have a problemlet me know and I will work it on this end. Dick W made reservations at the NCRS rate. It may have been a glitch in the system.

We were fortunate enough to keep the same rate 2 years running, sometimes hotels raise their rates and we have to live with it.

I see what the problem is...I'm trying to book from Wednesday the 16th because I come in a day early and it won't give me the rate...it only gives me the NCRS rate if I book from the 17th-20th...not the 16th - 20th

Was able to make the reservation at the group rate by calling the hotel direct...they gave me the group rate for Wednesday night also.

The hotel has loaded rooms for Wednesday night for the group rate. I would give them a couple of minutes to make sure it is done, but I just spoke with the reservations supervisor so we should be good.
