Makes a difference for the location of the C1 VIN tag. VIN tag location was the door pillar until Nov 29 1959 and then the VIN tag was moved to the steering column.
According to the Birthday Book the VIN tag relocation to the steering column for 1960 cars would be approximately 1960 VIN 1411
