'69 PW Circuit Breaker Mounting Screws/Rubber Grommets?

I'm hoping someone with a '69 with Power Windows that's still original could answer a few qustions. I took some pictures at Corvettes at Carlisle of the mounting of the PW circuit breaker and two cars appear to have rubber grommets used in the mounting. Anyone know if that's correct? They don't appear in the AIM I have. Also, can anyone tell me where I can get similar bolts used to mount the circuit breaker. Also, best I can tell from the AIM looks like the wire to the horn relay routes under the master cylinder.
    Thanks!

    Power window breaker.jpgJack,
Here is a photo from my Oct '68 power window car. The circuit breaker mounts to the firewall with wellnuts. If ou're not familiar with these they are rubber with metal (usually brass) inserts. You just push the wellnut into the hole and screw in the screws. This expands the rubber and secures the part. If you have the inserts in the fender grills, they are attached with the same fasteners. The screws are recessed heads and mine have an "N" (or maybe a "Z"?) head marking. Recessed head screws are available from any hardware store but probably won't have the head marking. The wellnuts are also a common hardware store item and are available in many sizes. The AIM does NOT show this. It shows a nut and bolt (or screw). However, if that was the case you would have to remove the grill in front of the wiper door to replace the breaker if it goes bad. With wellnuts that is not necessary since everything goes in from the front. The wires from the breaker go along the firewall and over the power brake booster to the fender with the vacuum hoses and other wires/harness. Then to the horn relay. All of the wites/hoses/breaker on my car are original and have never been out of the car. I hope this helps.

        Jack,
I can't tell from your picture but is your '69 small/big block and is it air conditioned?
