        Do any of you know what the "HL grommet" is. I have figured out that two very destinct bolts go to it, but I do not know what it is.
        The bolts are cad, 3/8" X 24 X 1 1/2". They have a captured captured star washer on them. there is two of them.
        Any ideas?
