Yes, I believe that's Bruce Shaw. I have not had any legal-related dealings with Bruce but I do know him from the days when he was a Bloomington Gold Restoration Workshops instructor. Bruce knows Corvettes very well and he's a real "car guy". I learned a lot about Muncie transmissions from Bruce. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Please don't think I am being harsh, but when you posted on the Corvette Forum weren't you warned to not do business with this company? I am sorry for your bad experience and also sorry you didn't follow the advice of those who had bad experiences prior to your own.

Sorry to hear your story. Before spending more money on an attorney, I would want to know more about assets that could be attached. Spending more money to get a worhtless judgement makes no sense. Most people like this are judgement proof.
IF your post is all true, he should be out of business NOW!. There does not appear to be any corporation under that name. (sunbiz.org/) Check with Broward County to see if he is licensed to do business. If within the city limits, check with the city. There is a special license with serious limitations to operate a paint/body shop and I don't know if true or not, but I read a post that he has no paint booth. If that is so, you may want to contact Broward licensing. Here's the Broward website: http://www.broward.org/PERMITTINGAND...s/Default.aspx . There is also a link to file a complaint. Also, I'm sure the EPA would love to here if he is painting cars without a proper booth. Being in Florida, you should know there are these and many other alligators available to you that will start chomping on his ***.
The stories I have heard over the years! Hopefully, your post will save others from enduring what you are going through. There are endless folks out there ready to empty your bank account.
Hopefully, others will chime in

I agree. Most likely, they already have more judgements against them than they have assets. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

When you get this sorted out and are ready to start correcting things, give me a call. The shop in Deerfield that did the paint and glass repair on my '64 are excellent. I'll be happy to introduce you to them and show you what they did on mine.
