327 Engine ID Please

I have a 327 engine I aquired with a car purchase and i am wondering what the stamp pad ID says it is from. Block casting is 3782870, casting date A2963 and stamp pad is TO207S.

It's a 327 that was originally built at Tonawanda. It was cast January 29, 1963 and assembled on February 7 It was originally a 250 HP 327 with Powerglide transmission installed in a 1963 full size Chevrolet passenger car.
