    Paragon rear bumpers

I am contemplating purchasing rear bumpers for my 68 from Paragon, it's cheaper for me in Canada to buy them than have mine re-plated.Can anyone comment on the fit and finish of the paragon C3 rear bumpers.
    Thanks, Bob

    Robert,
My experience with them is ya get what ya pay for. They look good out of the box but after a couple years of light usage they show signs of poor chrome finish. They do not polish up as they should. Almost see thru plating it is so thin. Looks kinda hazy, not so much an issue in bright sunlight.

I saw the new Paragon bumpers last year in Carlisle on display and they might just be more like a show Chrome finish and really no flaws, the metal finish and thickness is great. I think they have the GM tooling someone hear on the TDB had mentioned this.

Yes, they do - photo below shows the GM early C3 rear bumper trim die mounted in Paragon's supplier's press.
