I have a few 63 to 65 style trico blabe holders , polished ss with trico on each end . Some of them have a single line part number on one side and a pat. no. on the otherside of the connector brkt.. Some have no numbers , and I have seen them with multi line numbers , what is correct for a 63 and a 65 ??? Bill

Bill - The Trico wiper blade holders with the one line of stamped info on each side of the clip which are US Patent numbers were manufactured before calendar year 1963 and probably into sometime calendar year 1963. The TRICO wiper blade holder with the 2 lines of info on each side of the clip have the two original US Patent numbers on one side of the clip and on the other side of the clip is an additional probably newer US Patent Number and below that CAN 63 which I understand is the designation of a Canadian Patent. that was issued in 1963.
So when the TRICO wiper blade holders with the CAN. 63 started in TRICO production and made it to the manufacturing plants, to the best of my knowledge is not exactly known, but I think we know for sure that cars built in 1962 would not have had TRICO wiper holders with CAN. 63 stamped on the clip.
