Steve LuVisi in Huntington Beach has an excellent reputation, but his schedule may not fit yours.
Jeff Reade in Culver City at American Motoring Classics is another one with a stellar reputation.
I would at least talk with both of them. Both have done countless TF and Duntov cars over many years.
