Have any of you interior judges ever seen seat bolts with 'FAA Approved' headmarks?

You might consider my patent pending single post lift...Its American made with all domestic made (and grown) parts. Works on C2s too!

You got it right.....I agree....the 68/69 judges don't have a clue about this NCRS thing. I'd cut my losses on the car and sell it cheap. Take the money and buy a 65 car. Think how much fun that would be.

HI Mark, If you attempted to have your POC 69 judged at our PA regional in September wouldn't matter if seats were bolted down or not. You see the 68-69 class was the first one to be sold out. I mean it sold out instantly.
We even had a waiting list in case of cancellations.
Show it at the next VH picnic.

You said "I tend to avoid the 68/69 judges. I don't think that they generally put much effort into judging, so don't expect them to think about sitting in the car. Some of them have also been known to be XXL or larger." I judge 68/69 and may be a litte tall--but I ain't know XXL or larger. You hurt my feelings!

                      Yeah, and I judge what...?

You don't fit into the "some" - notice not the word all - mentioned.
And as with the rest of this thread I don't think you can take a word of it seriously.

                        Patrick,

I know that Demmel guy ain't fat but, do you think he's smart enough to notice the seat bolts?

Don't tell him I asked about him. I've heard he uses red ink on the score sheets.

I noticed the seat bolts. Since when did you ever put bolts in the seats?? I got some new red pens for judging now too.

Sorry pal, I don't have time to discuss semantics with you. I'm busy right now installing a single post lift I bought from Eby.

Mark, no need to bring your car out to a meet, no need to even have seats, and no need for judges or a 68-69 judging manual. Just send me a check and I will send you a blue ribbon from a local horse show. Where it says "Secretariat", just white it out and put "1969 Corvette". No one will ever know...
