Seat Belts???What year???

Opened up another box and looked over the seatblets. I have had the car since 1975 and assumed the belts were original, but on reading the label...Irving Air Chute, Lexington Kentucky, Model 77 ST-C, Federal Spec, JJ-3-185 A, SAE STO J4...The material has 3 rows of webs, all the same diameter..So can anyone tell me what I have..???

Sounds like 63 webbing but without "Chevrolet" on the tag, these would not be 63 Corvette belts. Other makes used the same webbing too.

Thanks . I figured it was 1963 webbing, but couldn't find anything with regards to the label...Who knows why they ( whoever had tyhe car from 1960 to 1975) would take the seatbelts out and put these one's in??? will have to do some research...

I thought the center panel was wider than the outers on 63 belts

They all B the same, in 64 the center is wider.

i should have went and looked at my 63, the mind ain't what it used to be
