70 Headlight housing rear link

What is the finish for the rear headlight housing link? This is the link shown in UPC 12, sheet A2, part #3953041 and connects to the vacuum actuator clevis. After blasting the rust, the piece appears to be either pot metal or aluminum. All of the other links/connectors are steel and I assume should be black but I'm not sure about this one.

I checked my disassembly notes and I have natural finish listed for the 041 link.

Thanks Alan,
Would you happen to have notes on the connecting pins as well? Parts ending in 672, 676, 433. Wondering now if they should be natural as well.

DEFINITELY natural finish. I believe it's aluminum.
