1956 Driveshaft ??

Can someone tell me if the driveshafts are the same for 56 to 62. Does it matter if they are auto or standard? I am looking for one for my 56 with a 3spd and I see some for sale and it appears that they are the same but want to make sure.

1956-62 Corvette driveshafts are all the same, regardless of transmission. When I say the same, I mean all of the same part number. There may have been nuance differences over the years.

Joe's correct shafts are same. Yokes are different.
