Parts Computer Punch Cards

Would anyone know if there is a way to determine a date from the computer punch cards that I found taped to the spare fan belts stored in my spare tire carrier. I would like to see if we can tie a date to the order form that was also taped to the belt. The person at the dealership simply wrote the customers name and no other information.

I can't see anything that specifically indicates a date on the punch card but it would seem logical that something should indicate a date.

Any help would be appreciated,

Glen --- is your card similar to this one (was wrapped around a NOS Delco box for a '65 ignition switch). I can't see a data field for a date anywhere (amazing !)

It's the same format but on both the belts only the left hand side is taped. Someone separated it at the perforation and the right side is gone. There is simply no field for the date which is strange. I went online and found a tutorial on how to read IBM cards but these don't seem to match the basic description of how a standard card should look. Maybe they were specific for GMs system. Kind of strange.
