I'm in the process of do some fiberglass repair in an area underneath my 66 which requires laying new glass and then sanding down the area as required. I'm putting die in the resin so that the area being repaired matches the original color of the fiberglass. The issue is that when I sand the fiberglass it the repaired area and the area around it no longer matches the original fiberglass. Does anybody know how I can make these areas match the original glass?

Re: C2 Fiberglass Repair
What I did on my C1 was used a fiberglass resin color agent in the resin and patched. After I sanded I used tinted resin on a rag and rubbed the repair and sanded area around it. If it looked to shiny I rubbed with some acetone on a rag before the resin completely dried.Don Harris
