Before you ask your next series of questions, please purchase Noland's Vol. #1 and Vol. #2 and the owner's manual for whatever year you own - then read them.

Thanks Clem...Been there done that...I wouldn't ask if was easy.....1.94 vs. 2.02 intake valve size I just can't find answer.

1.94" intake; 1.50" exhaust. Same for both 300 and 340.

can't find the valve sizes but the head CCs were the same, 62.2 cc and the head gasket CCs were the same 4.72 cc. the 63 340 head CCs were 58.2 cc and the head gasket 4.5cc. my guess they were the same
