I am looking to replace black rubber-like caulking material that fills the gap behind T-Top stainless trim on my 71. Can anyone advise me how I can source this material? Thanks

That material; is called "Dum dum," in the vernacular. It is more formally called Strip Caulk and can be sourced from any body shop supply store. 3M is usually the manufacturer of choice. A simple Google search using "3M Strip Caulk" turned up this image and an Amazon listing. Let your keyboard do the walking:

Re: C3 T-Top Trim
The 3M product Terry posted is what I used on my original owner 1970 when I replaced the material the factory used. I also used it on the windshield header when when I reinstalled the stainless trim the t-tops mount on. . After installing it I did not want it to attract dirt to the 3M strip caulk and painted it using spray paint after masking the narrow strip area. This was done 22 years ago and the 3M caulk replacement still looks good and is doing the sealing job.- Top
