It depends what you mean by a "reasonable price". This piece is still available from GM. It GM lists for almost 200 bucks but you should be able to buy one for a lot less than that. The part number is 14049269

One for sale on Ebay right now, $49.00 to start, just run a search C-4 front cover.

Find a used Corvette dealer in a two-plate requirement state.......virtual guarantee that his parts department has a box of 30 or so......I paid $25 and bought it in the correct color....

Not this dealer. I always gave the customer the filler.
