What year did the certification label on the driver's door change from blue to white?

I believe the white ones appeared late in '75 model year production.

At the time that 1970 production began for most Chevrolet models (Corvette and Camaro excepted). So it began in late August of 1969 for Corvette. I am not sure what the TIM&JG says, but I have a M29 = Friday August 29 Corvette with a blue Cert label. It could have began somewhat earlier, but not much. These early labels are different than later ones.

The TIM&JG lists September 1, 1969, as the starting date, and that was not changed in the latest revision.

W3ell that is a revision I missed, but then it is only a few days. Oh well I wouldn't expect it to create an issue anyway.

The certification label Federal requirement became effective September 1, 1969; photo below shows the first version on a '69 Camaro. Two ribs for locating it showed up in the doors starting in late July, and both plants began applying the labels in late August.

The label in the photo is on a Norwood car ("N" in the VIN). Van Nuys started cert labels at the same time (on Camaro and Impala/Caprice).
