    1960 Inside Mirror

    Is there a graceful way to remove the mirror from the housing ? I have heard that it can be soaked in a acetone or other type of solvent and the adhesive will dissolve, anyone ever tried it.

      Not sure about your year, but 62s had the mirror glass crimped in around the edges.
