Best Lubricant for Door Glass Tracks and Window Regulator

What's the best lubricant to use for the door glass tracks and the gears on the PW motor and window regulator? I'm thinking white lithium but is that truely the best choice?

Jack, white lithium grease is a good choice for the window regulator I like to use silicone spray on the door glass tracks.

The original roller/track lubricant was the GM part-numbered version of Lubriplate "A" white lithium grease.
